Return Policy

We’re here to help! Please reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing before you order, if possible. 

We offer Store Credit for returns. We do not issue refunds.  Please carefully review our Return or Exchange Policy and Instructions below before sending your item back.

Items discounted 30% or greater will also be considered Final Sale. No exceptions.

The term "Final Sale" or “Clearance” means an item cannot be returned or exchanged. 

All returns must be received within 10 days of delivery date.

Returns will be credited with a store credit for the original purchase price. Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, smell free items may be returned as long as the original tags are attached.

Seasonal Items: Orders placed after November 15th - Extended Return Date: Returns must be received by January 10th to receive shop credit.  


Please note that an exchange is only for the exact same item in a different size.

Clearance items are not eligible to be exchanged or returned.


We do not provide free return shipping. Customer is responsible for all return postage.

We are not responsible for any returns that may be lost or damaged in transit.

All returns will be processed within 3-7 business days after receipt. You will receive an email confirmation with your shop credit once processed.


Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. 

If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days at so we may address the issue. 

We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, have removed the tags, washed it or worn it.
